The high-frequency DC high-voltage power supply+capacitor and sphere gap is mainly used for impulse discharge during fault testing of cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below; it can also be used for DC withstand voltage tests of other electrical equipment. The equipment completely replaces the traditional test transformer and operation box weighing dozens of kilograms (generally a set of 5kVA transformer is more than 50 kilograms, and the control box is more than 20 kilograms).

Operation interface introduction

1. Safety ground: instrument housing ground, to prevent the instrument housing from being charged or people from getting an .

2. High voltage output: dedicated DC high voltage output terminal.

3. Voltmeter: high voltage output voltage indicator, used to display voltage values in real time.

4. Power socket: instrument working power supply, AC 220V±10%/50Hz±1Hz.

5. Fuse holder: AC 220V power supply system fuse installation location.

6. Power switch: "I gear" means turning on the AC 220V power supply to power the system; "0 gear" means turning off the AC 220V power supply to power the system.

7. Start button/zero position indicator:When the zero position indicator is on (yellow), it means it is in the zero position state, and pressing the start button can start the high voltage output;When the zero position indicator is off, it means it is not in the zero position state. After turning the voltage adjustment knob counterclockwise to the zero position, the zero position indicator will light up, and then pressing the start button can start the high voltage output.

8. Stop button/high voltage indicator: When the test is completed or an abnormality occurs, press this button to cut off the high voltage output. The high voltage indicator light indicates that the high voltage output has started; the high voltage indicator light is off, indicating that the high voltage output has stopped.

9.Voltage adjustment knob: used to adjust the voltage; adjust the output high voltage clockwise to increase from small to large, and adjust the output high voltage counterclockwise to reduce from large to small.

10. Overcurrent protection switch: Pressing the state indicates that the overcurrent protection function is turned on; when it pops up, it indicates that the instrument has triggered the overcurrent protection.

11. Ammeter: Indication of the current size on the low voltage side.
