Description:
This device is a trolley-type high-end experimental instrument integrating a DC high-voltage source, energy storage capacitor, discharge sphere device, automatic discharge device, and voltage level switching device. This equipment completely solves the problems of ease of use, portability, safety, and reliability of traditional experimental devices.
Product Features:
Dual 2.5-level pointer meter display for current and voltage, intuitive, clear, simple, and reliable, providing a clear view of the impulse discharge process;
Offers DC, periodic pulse, and single pulse output functions to adapt to different working requirements, adjustable via a knob.
Zero-position start protection function: High-voltage output is prevented from starting unless the device is rotated to the zero position, ensuring safety and reliability;
Grounding status detection function: Avoids safety risks associated with poor or ungrounded grounding of personnel/equipment;
Overload protection and recovery function: Prevents internal component burnout caused by overload due to operational errors;
Unique high-voltage measurement design and high-power discharge module: Automatically discharges the internal capacitor and test sample charge when the device is stopped;
Internally installed high-precision test cable fault sampling waveform sampling module;

Panel introduction:

1. Ammeter: Indicates the magnitude of the current.
2. Voltmeter: High-voltage output voltage indicator (kV), available in 8kV, 16kV, and 32kV, with readings via a voltage level switch.
3. Grounding Indicator: Green light indicates good grounding, yellow light indicates poor grounding, and red light indicates no grounding.
4. Power Indicator: Illuminates when the power switch is turned on.
5. Zero Indicator: Indicates the voltage adjustment knob is in the zero position. High voltage can only be activated when the zero indicator is lit.
6. High Voltage Indicator (HV): Illuminated indicates high voltage output; off indicates no high voltage output.
7. Power Switch: Rotate clockwise to turn on system power, and counterclockwise to turn off system power.
8. Grounding Test Switch: Rotate clockwise, hold for 3-5 seconds, and observe the grounding indicator light status.
9. Discharge Period: Three discharge interval options are available: 3 seconds, 6 seconds, and 9 seconds.
10. Mode Selection: Three modes are available: DC (withstand voltage), Single, and Cycle. DC is the withstand voltage function; when selected, the cable undergoes a withstand voltage test. Single is the manual function; when selected, the high voltage is increased after startup, and pressing the Single button allows manual triggering of the impulse discharge. Cycle is the automatic function; when selected, the high voltage is increased, and the instrument automatically triggers the impulse discharge, with three discharge interval options: 3 seconds, 6 seconds, and 9 seconds.
11. Single Button: This button is active when the mode selection is in the Single function.
12. Start Button: In the zero position, pressing the start button starts the high voltage, and the high voltage indicator lights up. In the non-zero position, the high voltage indicator does not light up.
13. Stop Button: Press this button to cut off the high-voltage output when the test is complete or an abnormality occurs. The remaining high voltage will also be automatically discharged.
14. Emergency Stop Button: Press this button to cut off the high-voltage output in case of an emergency.
15. Overheat Protection (OTP): This light illuminates and an alarm sounds when the instrument temperature is too high.
16. Voltage Control Knob: The zero-position light illuminates when this knob is in the zero position, indicating that high voltage can be started. Voltage can only be increased using the voltage control knob after high voltage is started.
17. Overcurrent Protection Switch (OCP): Pressing this button indicates that the overcurrent protection function is activated; releasing it indicates that the instrument has triggered overcurrent protection.
18. Voltage Select Mode: This button has three voltage level modes: 8kV, 16kV, and 32kV. Please rotate it to the appropriate position before powering on. (Pull, rotate, press)
