Cable Fault Detection Equipment / Cable Fault Tester
This instrument is designed to locate faults in power cables of various materials, including low-resistance, short-circuit, and open-circuit faults, as well as high-resistance leakage and high-resistance flashover faults. It utilizes embedded industrial computer technology and the "multiple-pulse method," while also incorporating high-voltage impulse flashover and low-voltage pulse testing techniques, enabling the detection of both high- and low-resistance faults in cables rated at 35 kV and below.
Cable Fault Pinpointer
Utilizing the acoustic-magnetic synchronization principle, this device enables precise pinpointing and location verification of fault sites in complex field environments, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. The cable tracer, comprising a signal generator and a receiver, identifies and accurately locates cable paths within the burial area. The product features high output power, robust resistance to vibration and interference, and reliable performance.
High-Voltage Pulse Generator
This unit provides the high-voltage impulse signal source for cable fault detection. It works in conjunction with the main testing unit to perform impulse flashover testing for high-resistance faults and serves as a critical component of the cable fault ranging system.
Cable Fault Testing Vehicle (Vehicle-Mounted Cable Fault Location System)
An integrated system comprising nine major components, including a high-voltage pulse generator, cable fault ranging unit, cable fault pinpointer, cable tracer, cable identifier, insulation resistance tester, and 0.1Hz VLF withstand voltage test system. It is suitable for power cables of various cross-sections and insulation materials, capable of addressing low-resistance, short-circuit, open-circuit, high-resistance leakage, and high-resistance flashover faults.
Cable Fault Simulation and Calibration System
Designed to simulate various faults in single-core power cables rated at 10kV and above, this system works with ranging instruments and high-voltage signal generators to simulate and demonstrate detailed fault-ranging processes in the field. It is also used for training personnel in the diagnosis, location, and ranging of cable sheath faults.
