To cope with the demanding conditions of remote overseas sites — rough roads, high temperatures, dust and sand, and the frequent absence of local grid power — the vehicle has been specially adapted for export with seismic reinforcement, dust-proof and heat-insulation measures, and a dedicated power supply system. A domestically produced 6 kW variable-frequency auxiliary generator supports the continuous, stable operation of the entire suite of precision test instruments even in field environments with no external power, so the team can begin work immediately on arrival without building a separate power supply.

Instruments inside the vehicle are mounted with shock-proof, reinforced installation to withstand the vibration of long-distance transport. A complete package of safety protection, grounding protection, and ventilation and heat-dissipation systems enables the vehicle to adapt to a wide range of overseas working conditions, including high temperatures and sandstorms, fully meeting the practical requirements of substation inspection, preventive testing, and emergency fault repair in the field.
