Product Description

XHBX1502

Product Description

The XHBX1502 transformer winding deformation tester (frequency response method) is used to test power transformers of 6KV and above and other special purpose transformers.
XHBX1502 transformer winding deformation tester uses the frequency response analysis method to measure the winding deformation of the transformer according to the national power industry standard DL/T911-2004. It is to detect the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding of the transformer and compare the detection results vertically or horizontally. The degree of change in the amplitude-frequency response characteristic determines the deformation that may occur in the transformer winding.
The XHBX1502 transformer winding deformation tester (frequency response method) consists of a measurement part and an analysis software part. The measurement part is a black box composed of signal generation and signal measurement. The analysis part is completed by a notebook computer, and the measurement part is connected to the notebook computer via USB or network.

Target Audience

Engineered for power grid companies and substation operation units performing mandatory post-short-circuit winding deformation assessment, transformer manufacturers' factory acceptance and after-sales verification departments, large industrial power users' substation commissioning teams, and third-party electrical testing institutes conducting DL/T911-2004 and DL/T1093-2008 compliance inspections. Featuring both frequency response and low-voltage short-circuit impedance methods in one instrument, the XHBX1502 is positioned as a comprehensive dual-verification solution for regulatory winding deformation diagnosis, distinct from single-method SFRA analyzers and routine oil test instruments in the same category.

FAQ

Q1. What test methods does the XHBX1502 support?

It supports two complementary methods: the frequency response analysis (FRA/SFRA) method per DL/T911-2004, and the low-voltage short-circuit impedance method per DL/T1093-2008. Dual-method verification greatly improves the accuracy of winding deformation judgment.

Q2. What are the key specifications of the frequency response method?

Sweep range 10Hz - 10MHz with 40000 sweep points and 0.25kHz/0.5kHz/1kHz resolution, amplitude measurement range -120dB to +20dB with 0.1dB accuracy, sweep frequency accuracy 0.005%, signal output ±20V, and same-phase repeatability 99.9%.

Q3. What are the key specifications of the impedance method?

Measurement accuracy of voltage and current is 0.2 class, impedance range 0 - 100%, voltage range AC 25V - 500V, current range AC 0.1A - 10A, with automatic comparison of A/B/C three-phase similarity and nameplate short-circuit impedance.

Q4. Which standards and regulations does the instrument comply with?

It fully meets DL/T911-2004 for frequency response analysis and DL/T1093-2008 for the impedance method, and supports the mandatory post-short-circuit winding deformation testing requirements for 110kV and above transformers specified in the national grid anti-accident measures.

Q5. What does the complete system include, and what after-sales service is provided?

The system consists of the main measurement unit, notebook PC software, three dedicated measurement cables, grounding leads and test clamps, with USB communication and automatic Word report generation. Warranty: replacement within 3 months, free repair within 1 year, and paid lifetime maintenance thereafter.
