Working Principle
The cable stabbing device consists of two main parts: the shooter and the controller. The shooter is a low-speed piston type special device designed for stabbing cables, with a reasonable and light structure, very convenient installation and fixation, and can be installed at any angle. The controller adopts advanced electronic detection circuits, allowing the device to remotely fire a nail into the cable to cause a short circuit. If the cable is live, it will definitely discharge with a bang; if it is not live, it is confirmed to be a de-energized cable.
A single gun body can only produce one short-circuit point on the cable at a time, while the double gun produces two short-circuit points simultaneously. Operation Method
Install the bullet into the gun barrel, mount the gun body on the cable to be tested, and aim the gun barrel at a shielding object to prevent the nail from injuring other cables or personnel if it shoots out
Connect the gun stock with the gun barrel, connect the controller with the gun body and lock it, then connect the ground wire
Turn on the controller power switch, use the remote control buttons A and B to test the output 1 and output 2 channels
Press the "select" button to choose the timing mode, press the "confirm" button, and the controller will stab gun 1 and gun 2 after 10 seconds
Keep people and the controller as far away from the gun bodies as possible during the operation; after stabbing, confirm the result and disconnect the equipment
Disassembly & Maintenance
Turn off the controller power switch, loosen the cable clamp and remove the shooter gun bodies
Loosen the manual nut and remove the rear half of the shooter gun body
Quickly eject the empty cartridge shells
