Description
Developed independently by our company, the XHDD503 portable underground cable fault locator utilizes highly mature acoustic-magnetic synchronization detection technology, which has been refined over more than 50 years and is widely accepted by industry users. This compact and lightweight device comes in a protective PVC case for easy portability post-detection. It features a microammeter display and adjustable knobs for electrical level, frequency, and volume. Observing the microammeter pointer's swing allows you to monitor the magnetic field strength during flashover discharge at the fault point. The electrical level knob can be adjusted to set the magnetic field strength reference. During path detection, the frequency knob can be tuned to make the path signal more recognizable. When locating faults, the frequency knob can be adjusted to avoid radio signals, and the volume can be regulated to ensure clear sound signals.
