Introduction

The Cable Fault Locator XHDD503B employs the acoustic and magnetic synchronization method to pinpoint the location of power cable faults. The device uses an impact discharge generator to create electronic flashovers, which are then detected and amplified by a specialized probe. The precise location of the fault is determined through auditory and visual cues.

This instrument not only completes the precise positioning of cable faults within a pre-determined range but also collects the time difference between acoustic and magnetic signals. It integrates advanced positioning technology with path-assisted testing, offering multiple test modes and a variety of informative prompts to efficiently and accurately locate cable faults.
