XHSB505A
The transmitter's primary function is the generation of a unique pulse signal. This pulse signal is subsequently introduced into the cable under identification via a connecting line. Owing to the principle of electromagnetic induction, an induction signal, which corresponds to the pattern of the transmitted signal, will be generated along the cable. At the testing site, a highly sensitive receiving clamp, in combination with a handheld receiver, is deployed to detect all the cables present. By following the indication provided by the handheld receiver, the cable that has been exposed to the signal (namely, the unpowered cable to be identified) can be precisely located.
For the identification of powered cables: The transmitter's main duty is to generate a particular pulse signal. This signal is introduced to a specific point of the powered cable to be identified through a special transmitting clamp. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, an induction signal that matches the pattern of the transmitted signal will be generated along the cable. At the testing site, a highly sensitive receiving clamp and a handheld receiver are utilized to detect all cables in the area. Following the indication of the handheld receiver, the cable that has been subjected to the signal (that is, the powered cable to be identified) can be accurately detected.
