Cable Fault Locator

The cable sheath fault tester is designed based on the Murray bridge principle and can be used to locate breakdown points in various wires and cables, as well as defects that do not break down but have low insulation resistance.


Features


Output voltage is adjustable;


With higher precision and stability;


Uses a high-sensitivity amplifier and galvanometer to indicate balance;


Zero-position protection;

Automatically detects the fault point, but retains manual testing functionality.

Compared to the wave reflection method, the bridge balancing method has no blind spots and is suitable for determining the breakdown point in short cables or near the end.
