Primarily designed for impulse discharge and withstand voltage tests in low/high voltage cable fault detection, this high-end trolley-mounted testing instrument integrates a DC high-voltage source, energy storage capacitor, discharge sphere, automatic discharge mechanism, and voltage level switch. It fully addresses the drawbacks of traditional setups, including poor usability, portability issues, and inadequate safety and reliability.

Instrument Components:
1. High-voltage pulse generator main unit: Applies high-voltage, high-energy pulse signals to the cable under test;
2. High-voltage output cable (5 meters): Connects the high-voltage output terminal of the main unit to the core of the cable under test;
3. Grounding cable (5 meters): Used for sampling ground, high-voltage ground, and discharge rod grounding;
4. Power cord (1.8 meters): Power cord for the instrument;
5. Discharge rod: Used for DC current-limiting discharge or DC short-circuit discharge at the end of the cable under test;
6. Fuse: Spare fuse for the AC220V power supply system (8A fuse).
