The XHHV535-2TSB cable fault location system is used to detect the main insulation fault of power cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below and calibrate the cable length. This system consists of two parts: a cable fault tester and a high-voltage pulse generator.
The cable fault tester adopts a simple operating software interface, centralized control by a single-chip microcomputer,touch-type operation, and a built-in large capacity lithiumion battery. It is stable, reliable, and easy to use. An independent power supply and power supply system are used to prevent power supply interference during impact discharge.
This cable fault test system is suitable for low-resistance, short-circuit, open-circuit and broken wire faults of power cables,high-frequency coaxial cables, street light cables, and underground wires of various materials with different cross-sections and different media, as well as high-resistance leakage and high-resistance flash over faults.

XHDD503E cable fault pinpointer uses the acoustic-magnetic synchronization principle of vibration pickup and electromagnetic induction to determine the specific location of the cable fault point. With the help of a high-voltage pulse generator, the fault point is flashed and discharged. The physical phenomena such as vibration waves, sound waves and electromagnetic waves generated by the flash over discharge of the fault point are collected by the dedicated probe of the positioning instrument. After intelligent processing by the host, the fault distance and output fault sound are displayed. Finally, the precise location of the fault point is judged by the tester's hearing and vision. That is, the precise positioning task of the cable fault point "directly above the cable, within the rough measurement range" is completed.
