1024J Discharge Energy 32kV and Below ARC Cable Fault Location System

The XHHV535-2TSB cable fault location system detects main insulation faults in power cables rated 35kV and below while accurately measuring cable length. This comprehensive system combines a cable fault tester with a high-voltage pulse generator for reliable fault detection.

System Overview

The cable fault tester features an intuitive software interface with touch operation, controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. Its built-in high-capacity lithium-ion battery ensures stable, reliable operation with an independent power supply system that prevents interference during impact discharge.

This advanced test system effectively identifies various cable faults including:

Low-resistance, short-circuit, and open-circuit faults
Broken wire faults in power cables of different materials
High-resistance leakage and flashover faults
Faults in high-frequency coaxial cables, street light cables, and underground wires

The XHDD503E pinpointer uses acoustic-magnetic synchronization technology to precisely locate cable faults. When combined with a high-voltage pulse generator, it detects flash discharge phenomena through vibration waves, sound waves, and electromagnetic waves, processing this data to output both visual distance readings and audible signals for precise fault localization.

This versatile instrument handles various cable faults including:
