Product Description
XHHG521C
Professional test equipment designed for detecting outer sleeve failures and performing rough measurements in cable systems.
Compared with the wave reflection method, the bridge balance method has no blind zone, is particularly suitable for determining the breakdown point of short cables and near the end, and is easy to operate.
Product Features:

  • Specialized for identifying outer sleeve failures in cables
  • Provides rough measurement capabilities for fault location
  • Essential equipment for cable maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Designed for professional use in industrial applications
  • Adjustable output voltage;
  •  Adjustable impulse frequency;
  •  Overcurrent protection;
  • No blind zone in the testing range;
  • Signal frequency adjustment;
  • Zero-position protection.

Portable Cable Fault Locator and Tester for Outer Sleeve Failure with Rough Measurement 0

1. Power Socket: AC 220V power supply for the instrument;

2. Fuse Holder: Fuse holder for the AC 220V power supply system;

3. Ammeter: Output current indicator (mA);

4. Voltmeter: High-voltage output voltage indicator (kV);

5. High-Voltage Indicator Light: This light illuminates when there is high-voltage output; pressing this button turns it off when there is no high-voltage output;

6. Power Switch: "Position 1" turns on the AC 220V power supply; "Position 0" turns off the system power;

7. Voltage Adjustment: After starting the equipment, first turn this knob counterclockwise to the end until the high-voltage indicator light illuminates. Then, adjust clockwise to increase the output high voltage, and counterclockwise to decrease it;

8. Zero Adjustment: Rotate the zero adjustment knob until the galvanometer reads zero;

9. Balance Adjustment: Adjust the balance knob until the galvanometer shows a noticeable deflection and reads zero. (If the pointer deflects to the left, rotate clockwise; if it deflects to the right, rotate counterclockwise). Observe and record the reading P1;

10. Adjust the amplification factor: Rotating counterclockwise decreases the amplification factor, rotating clockwise increases the amplification factor;

11. Galvanometer: The electrical balance zero point is adjustable;
