Trolley high voltage surge generator XHHV535-4T is mainly used for underground cable fault test of voltage level of 35kV and below;
And the torlley high voltage impulse generator can also be used for DC withstand voltage test of other electrical equipment.
The device integrates DC high voltage source, energy storage capacitor and discharge ball gap all in one.

Composition of equipment
1. High voltage pulse generator host: apply high voltage, high energy pulse signal to the cable under test;

2. High voltage output line: Connect the high voltage output end of the host to the measured cable core;

3. Ground wire: high voltage ground, safety, sampling ground and discharge rod ground wire;

4. Double Q line: host communication base and cable fault tester connection line;

5. Power cord: instrument working power cord;

6. Sampler: When high-voltage flashover method, receive high-voltage signal reflected to the sampling ground signal;

7. Discharge rod: DC limited discharge or DC short circuit discharge at the end of the cable under test.

1, Ammeter (Ammeter) : low voltage side of the current size indication.
2, Voltmeter: high voltage output voltage indication kV meter, divided into 8kV, 16kV, 32kV combined voltage level switch reading.
3, high voltage lamp (HV) : on indicates a high voltage output, off indicates no high voltage output. Power: After the power switch is turned on, the indicator is on, indicating that the AC220V is normal.
4. Power light: After turning on the power switch, the indicator is on, indicating that AC220V is normal.
5, Zero light (Zero) : indicates that the pressure regulator is in the zero state, and only when it lights up the start key is effective.
6, communication base (Signal) : Connect the machine and cable fault tester with double Q line flashover acquisition waveform, only effective when high-voltage flashover.
7, power socket (AC220V) : instrument working power supply, 220VAC connection port;
8. Safety tube seat: 220VAC power supply system safety tube installation place;
9, power switch (NO/OFF) : "I" use AC220V power supply to power the system, "0" shut down.
10, Single key (Single) : when the mode selection key in the single function, this key is effective.
11, Mode selete: divided into voltage (DC), Single (Single), Cycle (Cycle) three modes. DC is the voltage resistance function. When this function is selected, the voltage resistance test is carried out for the cable. Single is a manual function. When this function is selected, the voltage will be boosted after the high voltage starts. Press the Single key to manually trigger the impulse discharge. Cycle is an automatic function. When this function is selected, the high voltage is started at this time to boost the voltage, and the instrument will automatically trigger the impulse discharge for about 5 seconds.
12, Start key (Start) : in the zero state, press the start key, at this time the high voltage start, high voltage light. In the non-zero state, the start high voltage lamp does not light.
13, Stop key (Stop) : when the test is completed or abnormal, press this key to cut off the high voltage output, and the remaining high voltage of the test will be automatically discharged at this time.
14, Voltage control: This knob in the zero state, zero light, high voltage can be started. Only after the high pressure is started can the pressure be increased through the pressure regulator.
