The XHZ1010SC DC Resistance Tester is a mandatory testing device for semi-finished and finished transformer products during factory acceptance tests, installation, overhauls, tap changer adjustments, commissioning tests, and preventive maintenance conducted by power utilities. It can inspect the welding quality of winding joints and detect inter-turn short circuits in windings, verify the contact reliability of voltage tap changers at all positions and consistency between the actual and indicated positions of tap changers, check for broken lead wires, and identify strand breaks in multi-strand parallel windings.
