XHZ1010SC
The XHZ1010SC Handheld DC Resistance Tester is an essential tool for transformer testing scenarios—including factory tests for semi-finished/finished products, installation, maintenance, tap changer changes, commissioning, and preventive checks by power sectors. It validates winding joint welds, detects inter-turn short circuits, ensures proper contact of voltage tap changers (and alignment of actual vs. indicated positions), checks for broken lead wires, and identifies strand damage in multi-strand windings. Designed to deliver fast DC resistance measurements for transformers, the XHZ1010SC leverages state-of-the-art power supply technology, boasting a compact, lightweight design, high output current, consistent performance, robust anti-interference, and full protection features. Driven by a high-speed MCU, it offers full automation with automatic discharge and alarm functions. Combining precise testing with user-friendly operation, this handheld tester streamlines quick and reliable transformer DC resistance measurement.
Performance Features
★ Two selectable power supply modes solve the problem of testing being impossible on-site due to lack of power;
★ Automatically completes self-calibration, current stabilization judgment, data processing, and resistance display;
★ Comprehensive back EMF protection function; fast measurement speed and accurate and stable measurement data;
★ Longitudinal testing of DC resistance of on-load tap-changing transformers can be completed with a single power supply;
★ Features simple operation, high precision, anti-interference, shock resistance, and portability;

Application Scenarios
♦ Power systems: power generation, transmission, transformation, and distribution;
♦ Factories and Mines: Large-scale manufacturing plants and various mining companies;
♦ Metallurgy and Petrochemicals: Smelting, chemical processing, water treatment, etc.;
♦ Transportation: Ports/railways/highways/airports and municipal streetlights, etc.;
♦ Enterprises and Institutions: Logistics departments of large enterprises and institutions;
♦ Construction Industry: Large construction and property management companies;
♦ Power Installation and Testing: Power installation and commissioning companies of all levels;
Troubleshooting
1. Wait until the discharge is complete and the warning sound stops before disconnecting the wires; otherwise, it may be dangerous.
2. When measuring a no-load tap-changing transformer, always reset and discharge before switching taps. Only after the warning sound stops can you switch taps.
