Overview
For power systems, transformers are core equipment, so their long-term, reliable operation is critical to the stability and reliability of the entire system.
The DC resistance of a transformer is a mandatory test item for semi-finished products, finished product factory tests, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests conducted by power departments during transformer manufacturing. It can effectively detect manufacturing defects such as improper coil material selection, welding issues, loose connections, missing strands, and wire breaks, as well as potential hazards that arise after operation. To meet the demand for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed a Transformer DC Resistance Tester leveraging its proprietary technical advantages. This instrument is a new-generation rapid tester integrating magnetizing method testing, three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △), and demagnetization functions, making it an ideal device for measuring the DC resistance of large power transformers. It features a true-color large-screen high-resolution LCD display, combined with touch control and a shuttle knob for easy on-site operation. With Chinese menu prompts, the operation is simple and intuitive: all DC resistance tests can be completed with a single wiring, ensuring fast testing speed, high accuracy, and a wide measurement range.

Precautions
* When testing the no-load tap changer winding, switching the no-load tap changer is not permitted during the test or before complete discharge.
* During testing or discharge, disconnecting the test leads and turning off the power switch is not permitted.
* During transformer testing, the unmeasured winding of the transformer must be open-circuited.
