Troubleshooting
1. The screen displays "Electrode cup short circuit".
Answer: First, check if the positioning grooves of the inner and outer electrodes are aligned, then check if the "inner electrode" is loose. The main thing is to check if the inner electrode is loose.
2. The screen displays "Please perform [Empty Cup Calibration]".
Answer: Empty cup calibration is required when the empty cup capacitance value is not within the range of 60±5pF; ① The inner and outer electrodes of the oil cup are not properly placed or the inner electrode is not properly assembled, resulting in discharge; ② The oil cup is not clean, and there are impurities between the inner and outer electrodes, requiring cleaning.
3. The buzzer sounds 5 times and the instrument returns to the power-on interface.
Answer: ① Check if the empty cup capacitance value is within the range of 60±5pF, ② Check if the oil cup is properly placed and whether there is any discharge.
4. When measuring DC resistivity, the electrochemical time remains unchanged at 60 seconds.
Answer: Check if the instrument's clock is running and adjust the clock.
5. What to do if the least significant digit of the set voltage parameter is not zero?
Answer: Use the [Decrease] key to decrease the set voltage value, and then use the [Increase] key to adjust it.
