The dielectric strength test of insulating oil is a mandatory routine inspection item. To meet market demands, our company has independently R&D and manufactured a series of Insulating Oil Dielectric Strength Testers in compliance with the national standard GB/T507-2002, industry standard DL429.9-91, and the latest power industry standard DL/T846.7-2004. Centered on a single-chip microcomputer, this instrument enables full automation of the testing process. It features high measurement accuracy, significantly improved work efficiency, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of operating personnel.

1. The instrument is controlled by a large-capacity single-chip microcomputer, and the work is stable and reliable;
2. The instrument is equipped with temperature and humidity and clock display functions, and has a grounding alarm function to remind customers to pay attention to safety;
3. A wide-range watchdog circuit is installed in the instrument to prevent crashes;
4. A variety of operation options, the instrument program has two national standard methods of GB1986 and GB2002 and self-defined operations, which can adapt to various choices of different users;
5. The oil cup of the instrument is molded by one-time casting of special glass, which prevents the occurrence of interference phenomena such as oil leakage;
6. The unique high-voltage terminal sampling design of the instrument allows the test value to directly enter the A/D converter, avoiding the error caused in the analog circuit and making the measurement result more accurate;
7. The instrument has over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit and other protection functions inside, and has strong anti-interference ability and good electromagnetic compatibility;
