Fully Automatic Insulation Oil Acid Value Tester

This instrument adopts a three-cup extraction method to accurately determine the acid value of insulation oil.

Performance Features

While enhancing work efficiency and testing precision, the instrument minimizes operators’ direct contact with samples and reagents, thus ensuring personal safety. All reagents supplied with this series are in solid form. Users only need to prepare the working solution on demand with common reagents purchased from local chemical stores in accordance with the operation manual, featuring simple preparation and operation as well as significantly reduced testing costs. In addition, it eliminates the various inconveniences associated with the long-distance transportation of hazardous chemicals. The instrument automatically performs a full range of operations, including sample searching, extract injection, blank titration, measurement, waste liquid discharge, automatic cleaning, shutdown, and result display and printing. It can test 1–6 samples in one single run, delivering high efficiency.
