This is a fully automatic analytical instrument designed for accurate determination of insulation oil acid value, based on the three-cup extraction technique.

By using general-purpose chemicals sourced from local suppliers and following the user manual, operators can prepare the required solutions immediately before use. This design not only simplifies the operational process but also cuts down testing costs substantially, and avoids the logistical challenges posed by the long-distance transportation of hazardous chemicals. The instrument integrates a complete set of automated functions: automatic sample identification, extract injection, blank value titration, sample measurement, waste liquid disposal, post-test cleaning, system shutdown, and result presentation via display and printing. It supports simultaneous testing of 1–6 samples in one cycle, enabling efficient batch analysis for users.
Troubleshooting 1. The peristaltic pump tubing is prone to wear and tear. Before use, please carefully check the tubing for damage or adhesion to prevent the instrument from malfunctioning. If any abnormalities are found, it is recommended to replace the tubing. After using the instrument, please release the pressure arm of the peristaltic pump to prevent the tubing from being damaged by prolonged compression. 2. If the instrument has not been used for more than three months, it is recommended to recalibrate it with a standard acid solution. 3. The container used to prepare the extraction solution must be dry and free of moisture, and stored in a sealed container. 4. When performing continuous tests, the sample cup does not need to be cleaned. However, if there is a time interval between tests, the sample cup must be cleaned and completely dried before use. 5. After completing the test, you must perform the "clean and shut down" procedure.
