The automatic acid value tester is an intelligent instrument used to detect the acid value content of various oil products. Its core function is to replace traditional manual titration methods, achieving automated, accurate, and efficient acid value testing. It is widely used in the petroleum, power, and chemical industries.
Performance Features
This instrument improves work efficiency and testing accuracy while reducing operator contact with samples and reagents, ensuring their personal safety. All reagents provided with this series of instruments are in solid form. They can be easily prepared as needed using common reagents purchased from local chemical supply stores, following the instructions in the manual. This simplifies the process, reduces testing costs significantly, and eliminates the inconvenience of long-distance transportation of hazardous chemicals. The instrument automatically performs sample searching, extraction liquid injection and blank value titration, measurement, waste liquid discharge, automatic cleaning and shutdown, and displays and prints the results. It can test 1 to 6 samples in a single run, resulting in high efficiency.

Troubleshooting
1. The peristaltic pump tubing is prone to wear and tear. Before use, please carefully check the tubing for damage or adhesion to prevent the instrument from malfunctioning. If any abnormalities are found, it is recommended to replace the tubing. After using the instrument, please release the pressure arm of the peristaltic pump to prevent the tubing from being damaged by prolonged compression.
2. If the instrument has not been used for more than three months, it is recommended to recalibrate it with a standard acid solution.
3. The container used to prepare the extraction solution must be dry and free of moisture, and stored in a sealed container.
4. When performing continuous tests, the sample cup does not need to be cleaned. However, if there is a time interval between tests, the sample cup must be cleaned and completely dried before use.
5. After completing the test, you must perform the "clean and shut down" procedure.
