Main Application
Acid value is a key indicator for measuring the content of acidic substances in oil. Excessive acidic substances can lead to equipment corrosion and oil degradation. Therefore, the core purpose of this instrument is to assess oil quality and usage status by measuring its acid value.

Performance Features
This instrument improves work efficiency and testing accuracy while reducing operator contact with samples and reagents, ensuring personal safety. All reagents provided with this series of instruments are in solid form.  They can be easily prepared as needed using common reagents purchased from local chemical suppliers, following the instructions. The method is simple, the operation is easy, and the testing cost is significantly reduced, eliminating the inconvenience of long-distance transportation of hazardous chemicals. The instrument automatically performs sample searching, extraction liquid injection and blank value titration, measurement, waste liquid discharge, automatic cleaning and shutdown, and displays and prints the results. It can test 1 to 6 samples in a single run, resulting in high efficiency.
