Troubleshooting
1. The LCD screen does not display anything after turning on the power.
Solution: Check if the power cord is properly plugged in. Open the instrument's control panel and check if any connectors are loose.
2. The sample repeatability error is high.
Solution: Remove the cover of the lifting arm and check if the stirring shaft is broken. If the thermocouple is affected by oil, dry it with filter paper.
3. No heating.
Solution: Replace the heating element.
4. The lifting arm does not move up or down.
Solution: The motor and lifting arm screws are loose, or the limit switch photocoupler is damaged.
