The XHHV535-4TS high voltage pulse generator can be used impulse discharge and withstand voltage test in low and high voltage cable fault test. High-precision test cable fault sampling waveform module and small transformer are installed inside, which can truly achieve the effect of not being damaged by impact, and it also has the functions of automatic timing impact, manual impact and withstand voltage test.
This device integrates a high-voltage DC source, an energy storage capacitor, a discharge ball device, an automatic discharge device, and a voltage level switching device into a cart-type high-end experimental instrument. It is a trolley-type high-end experimental instrument. The equipment completely solves the problems of ease of use, portability, safety and reliability of traditional experimental devices.
When the XHHV535-4TS trolley-type high-voltage pulse generator is in use, after selecting the function switch, press the start button to perform high-voltage boosting work. After use, press the stop button, and the internal system will automatically release the remaining high voltage on the accumulator.
The high voltage surge generator also has the function of zero-start protection, which can make the operation of the device more safe and reliable. It has super short-circuit protection function, which can make the high-voltage output work directly to the ground. With three-gear voltage range and capacitance capacity switching function, users can choose different equipment voltage adaption gears according to different cable voltage needs, making the test process easier.
Panel introduction
1. Ammeter: Indicates the size of the current.
2. Voltmeter (Voltmeter): high-voltage output voltage indicating kV meter, divided into 8kV, 16kV, 32kV combined with voltage level switch readings.
3. High-voltage lamp (HV): On means there is high-voltage output, and off means there is no high-voltage output.
4. Power light: When the power switch is turned on, the indicator light lights up.
5. Zero light (Zero): Indicates that the voltage regulating knob is in the zero position. Only when the zero light is on can the high voltage be started.
6. Overcurrent protection switch: When pressed, it indicates that the overcurrent protection function has started; when it pops up, it indicates that the instrument has triggered the overcurrent protection.
7. Power Switch: Turn clockwise to turn on the system power supply, turn counterclockwise to turn off the system power supply.
8. Single key (Single): This key is effective when the mode selection key is in the Single function.
9. Mode select: divided into three modes: voltage resistance (DC), single (Single), and cycle (Cycle). DC is the voltage withstand function. When this function is selected, the cable will be tested for voltage resistance at this time; Single is the manual function. When this function is selected, the voltage will increase after the high voltage starts. Press the Single key to manually trigger the impact discharge; Cycle is an automatic function. When this function is selected, the high voltage is started to boost the voltage. The instrument will automatically trigger impulse discharge for about 7 seconds.
10. Start button: In the zero position, press the start button. At this time, the high voltage starts and the high voltage light turns on. In the non-zero state, the starting high-pressure light does not light up.
11. Voltage control: When this knob is in the zero position, the zero light is on and the high voltage can be started. Only after the high voltage is started can the voltage be boosted through the voltage regulating knob.
12. Stop key: When the test is completed or an abnormality occurs, press this key to cut off the high-voltage output. At this time, the remaining high voltage under test will also be automatically discharged.
13. Voltage rotation mode (Voltage select): This button has three voltage level modes, 8kV, 16kV, and 32kV. Please rotate it to the appropriate position before turning on the machine. Lift, turn, press.
Side panel description
1. Power socket (220V 50Hz): instrument working power supply, AC220V connection port;
2. Fuse Holder: Where the fuse holder of the AC220V power supply system is installed;
3. Communication socket (Signal): Use double Q lines to connect the unit and the cable fault tester to collect waveforms during flashover. This is only valid during high-voltage flashover.
Back panel indication
1. Safety GND: The ground of the instrument shell. In order to prevent the instrument shell from being electrified or people getting electric shock, it must be reliably connected to the earth.
2. High-voltage ground (HV GND): Also called high-voltage tail, it must be reliably grounded to prevent high-voltage leakage and discharge. Poor contact may result in failure to boost voltage, high-voltage breakdown and damage to internal components of the instrument, and safety accidents caused by leakage or discharge within the instrument.
3. Sampling GND: The negative terminal of the pulse energy storage capacitor has a high voltage and must be reliably grounded. It is used for sampling when the waveform is sampled under the high voltage flashover state of the cable fault tester. (Without high-voltage flashover sampling, reliable grounding is still required).
4. High voltage output (HV OUT): dedicated DC high voltage output terminal.
