XHGG502A

This cable fault tester adopts an industrial 10.1-inch all-in-one touch computer, industrial integrated circuits and a built-in large-capacity lithium battery, featuring stable performance and simple operation. Integrating modern electronic and computer technologies, it completes signal filtering, collection, data processing, graphic display and analysis to realize cable velocity, length and fault distance measurement. Applicable to low-resistance short-circuit, open-circuit, high-resistance leakage and flashover faults of various power cables, high-frequency coaxial cables, street lamp cables and buried lines, its technical indicators fully meet GB/T 18268.1, DL/T 849.1-2019 and JJF1042-2020 relevant industry calibration and anti-interference standards.
Work mode: TDR(low voltage pulse), ICE(Impulse current), ARM(Arc reflection method) with coupler configured.

Product Features

1. Equipped with a 10.1-inch high-definition TFT touch screen featuring 1024*600 resolution and 280nit ultra-high brightness LED backlight, it delivers clear waveform display and stable operation even under direct sunlight.
2. Adopts mature embedded system with stable and safe performance, supporting full English menu, dual operation of touch screen and physical buttons for simple, fast and reliable operation.
3. Integrates low-voltage pulse, high-voltage flashover and eight-pulse testing technologies with smooth and readable waveforms, and supports pulse coupler matching to realize eight groups of high and low voltage waveform comparison analysis.
4. Supports professional cable detection functions including cable wave speed calibration, cable length measurement and fault distance testing to meet diverse field detection demands.
5. Features fully automatic continuous sampling and real-time waveform capture, with automatic range adjustment and intelligent waveform analysis to output accurate fault distance data efficiently.
6. Possesses powerful data processing and file management capabilities, supporting classified storage, query and archiving of test waveforms.
7. Comes with large-capacity local storage, capable of saving over 8000 low/high-voltage pulse waveform records and more than 250 multi-pulse waveform records.
8. Supports USB data transmission, enabling waveform file import into computer software for secondary analysis and centralized management.

Absolute workhorse for our utility crew，I’ve used this cable fault tester on underground power lines across Ohio suburbs for four months straight. Last Tuesday, we located a water-soaked cable short under a residential driveway in Columbus; it pinpointed the fault within 3 feet.
