XHBP Series Variable Frequency Resonant Test Device is mainly made up of variable frequency control power supply, excitation transformer, reactor and capacitive voltage divider. By connecting a rectifier silicon stack behind the capacitive voltage divider, the device is capable of performing DC withstand voltage tests for various electrical equipment.
