Professional cable fault detection equipment designed for precise location and analysis of cable faults in industrial and utility applications.It is mainly applied for impulse discharge during cable fault testing of power cables with voltage ratings of 35kV and below. Additionally, it can also be used for DC withstand voltage tests of other electrical equipment.

Working Principle: Impulse Discharge Function
This system generates DC high-voltage pulse signals to produce electrical test signals with the required parameters. It is commonly used as an impulse high-voltage power supply for fault detection in power cables with voltage levels of 35kV and below.

It consists of a charging circuit and a discharging circuit. The voltage of the high-voltage cable is sampled and sent to the voltage regulation control circuit. The impulse magnet organically integrates the DC high-voltage power supply, energy storage capacitor, and high-voltage discharge sphere into one unit. It is typically used in high-voltage flashover fault testing and acoustic-magnetic synchronization fault point location.
