It is primarily used for impulse discharge and withstand voltage testing during fault testing of low and high voltage cables.

Features three voltage range and capacitance capacity switching functions;
Unique high-voltage measurement design automatically discharges the internal capacitor energy when the device is stopped;
Discharge time can be selected in either timed or manual mode;
